Origin & Logistics (Important)

Please note that our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners and logistics centres in Asia.

By eliminating intermediaries and local warehousing in Ireland, we are able to offer high-quality products at better prices.

Delivery Times

Please note the following delivery timeframes:

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to review and pack your order

  • Transit time: 6–8 business days for international shipping to Ireland

  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days from the order date

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or high volumes at shipping providers.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within Ireland, with no minimum order value.

Customs, VAT & Fees

As goods are imported from outside the EU/EEA, customs duties, import VAT, or administrative fees may be charged upon delivery.

  • These charges are imposed by Irish customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price

  • Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are typically paid upon delivery to the courier (e.g. An Post, DHL)

  • Evlene has no control over these mandatory charges

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Your order is shipped via international logistics partners and handed over to local carriers for final delivery, such as:

  • An Post

  • DHL / UPS

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment online.
