Do you offer shipping to Ireland?
Yes. We ship directly to Ireland from our international logistics centers. All orders include free standard shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Ireland typically takes 6–8 business days via international carriers, making the total estimated delivery time 7–10 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
Are there customs, duties, or import taxes?
Yes. Because our products ship from outside the EU, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These charges are collected by the courier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Evlene has no control over these fees.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Certain items, like underwear or personalized products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Who pays for return shipping?
For defective or incorrect items, Evlene covers return shipping. For returns due to change of mind, the customer pays return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. To exchange a size or color, contact us first. You must return the original item to our warehouse in Ireland (or as instructed) at your own cost.
