At Evlene, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and straightforward returns process.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

IMPORTANT: Return Address & Location

Evlene is operated by Mevo Group B.V. and works on a direct-to-consumer (DTC) model. This means orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners.

Please note:
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

Do NOT send returns to our correspondence address in the Netherlands.
This address is for administrative purposes only and is not a warehouse.
Any packages sent there cannot be processed or refunded.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided by our customer service after you contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we take full responsibility.
Please contact us and we will offer either:

A free replacement, or

A full refund

Change of Mind (Doesn’t fit / Don’t like it)

You may return your order within 30 days if you change your mind. Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns are sent to Asia, therefore international shipping rates apply

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

We recommend checking return shipping costs with your local courier before sending the item back.

Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Be returned in original packaging

Include all tags, labels, and accessories

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@evlene.com with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Instructions
Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with:

The correct return address in Asia

A return form and further instructions

Step 3: Send the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it using a courier of your choice.

Recommendation: Always use a tracked shipping service.
Returns sent without tracking cannot be guaranteed for refund if lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will be notified by email.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us at support@evlene.com

For exchanges due to preference, the original item must be returned at the customer’s expense to our warehouse in Asia before a replacement is sent.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear

Swimwear (if hygiene seals have been removed)

Personalised or custom-made products
